HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

We collect personal data provided by data subjects in the context of the execution of employment contracts and labor relations, the execution of project applications, the management of specifications and projects, recruitment processes and the receipt of spontaneous applications, requests for information through the company website, orders and transactions in the online store, respective chat and Facebook page, contacts resulting from participation in events and commercial relations with suppliers, clients and other interested parties.In general, we collect identification data (name, tax identification number, citizen card number, among others necessary for the purpose in question), contact data (email address, telephone contact) and professional data (company, position, curriculum data, etc.).
To the extent we deem necessary, and whenever justified, we collect and process consents from personal data subjects.

We collect personal data publicly available in specialist magazines and publications, and others obtained at public events, about clients, suppliers and other relevant interested parties, in the context of contract execution, event participation, and the maintenance of commercial and business/organizational relations.
HOW WE PROCESS AND USE PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out through automatic and manual processes, with appropriate and proportional technological and organizational measures for its protection and preservation. These measures include authentication and access management to systems and facilities, the management of system usage profiles, controlled management of system capacity and backups, controlled access to restricted information in any format, the use of anti-virus and anti-spam tools, as well as firewalls, the establishment of confidentiality and professional secrecy commitments with employees, and the use of more robust techniques such as data encryption or device encryption when necessary.
HOW WE STORE AND WHY WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is retained for as long as the contractual relationship with SPLW lasts, for the mandatory legal period, or for as long as there is mutual interest in preserving it, namely until the withdrawal of consent when such consent has been obtained. It may be transferred, for the same purposes, to entities required by law or to third-party entities, in order to fulfill activities inherent to the employment contract, the execution of contracts with clients and the legitimate interest of our commercial and business activity. Whenever sharing is done with third parties outside the European Economic Area, they will be processed as prescribed by the general data protection regulation.
For other purposes where it is necessary to share personal data, we request the consent of the respective data subjects.

The privacy and protection of personal data of those who submit applications for recruitment purposes are essential for SPLW to maintain trusting relationships. To this end, we comply with the legislation and regulations applicable to personal data protection.

Following the information you sent us with your application, SPLW is the entity responsible for processing your personal data contained in the curriculum vitae and cover letter. These will be stored and preserved for as long as the recruitment process lasts, or by mutual interest, and will not be transferred to any third party.
